So I usually use the software "Sketchbook Pro" to do most of my illustrations, along with some touchups in Photoshop. But I've had this software for a while now called "ArtRage" which I haven't used all that much because it didn't handle large canvas sizes all that well (I normally work at 600dpi). Well I started playing around with it after I downloaded the lastest upgrade, and it's a hell of a lot better. I'd say the tools are on par with "Painter" and much cheaper (I think I bought it for $20). So this Chun Li image was done in about 30 min. Playing around a lot with ArtRage's pencil, roller, and smudge tools.
